Barbecue Brisket Sandwiches

3-4 lb. beef brisket 1/4 tsps. ground allspice
1 can beer 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 small red pepper, diced
1 cup chili sauce 1 small green pepper, diced
2 Tbs. Balsamic vinegar 1 lg. onion, diced
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce salt and paper to taste
1 clove minced garlic Cooking oil

If your brisket is too large to fit in slow cooker, cut in half. In a large fry pan place oil and brown meat. Place in slow cooker. Place remaining ingredients in fry pan and heat through . Pour over meat and cook on low, 8-10 hours. Slice thinly and place of grilled rolls.
