2-15 oz. cans pinto beans, rinced & drained |
1 lg. onion, chopped |
1-15 oz. can black beans, rinced & drained | 1 green pepper, chopped |
1-15 oz. can Texas-style barbecue beans with liquid | 1 lb. cooked ham slice, cut into 3/4 cubes or sliced farm sausage |
1-20 oz. can unsweetened pineapple chunks, with juice | 1 Tbs. cider vinegar |
1/3 cup K.C. barbecue sauce* | fresh ground pepper |
2 Tbs. honey mustard | 1/4 cup brown sugar |
Combine everything in 4 qt. slow-cooker and mix well. Cook on low 5-6 hrs. To make in a casserole, bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hrs. * Or use your favorite sauce with a smoky flavor.
