Ham & Pineapple Bean Pot

2-15 oz. cans pinto beans, rinced & drained

1 lg. onion, chopped
1-15 oz. can black beans, rinced & drained 1 green pepper, chopped
1-15 oz. can Texas-style barbecue beans with liquid 1 lb. cooked ham slice, cut into 3/4” cubes or sliced farm sausage
1-20 oz. can unsweetened pineapple chunks, with juice 1 Tbs. cider vinegar
1/3 cup K.C. barbecue sauce* fresh ground pepper
2 Tbs. honey mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar

Combine everything in 4 qt. slow-cooker and mix well. Cook on low 5-6 hrs. To make in a casserole, bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hrs. * Or use your favorite sauce with a smoky flavor.
