Beef & Liver Pate Mold

This is really fast. You may want to double this recipe as it makes a small amount but enough for four to six people.


1-10 1/2 oz. can beef consume
1 lb. Braunsweiger liver sausage
3 Tbs. grated Vadalia or sweet onion
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled fine

Pour beef consume into small container (about 1 1/2 cups) that will be almost filled. Chill firm. Combine ingredients & some freshly ground pepper. Scoop out consume leaving 1/4” wall. Carefully pack mixture in and chill.Unmold and serve with rye crackers.
