If you can’t find any in your local market, it is so easy to put
this together.
1/2 gal. good-quality vanilla ice cream, slightly softened (Soften in fridge for a little while.)
2 Tbs. cinnamon
1 Tbs. vanilla
Place ingredients in mixing bowl and stir together quickly, blending well. Immediately place into container and return to freezer. Remember this for your next apple pie.
