This mixture goes equally well on a ham slice or chicken.
4 - 3/4" thick pork chops | 1 Tbs. dark Karo syrup |
1/2 cup honey | 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce |
2 Tbs. brown sugar | dash ground allspice |
2 Tbs. grainy mustard | dash of ground cloves |
Combine everything except pork chops. Brush both sides of chops, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Brush with more marinade and grill. Continue to baste while grilling. Grill until juices are no longer pink. Chops should take a total for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't over cook or they will be tough.
