Korean Spinach Salad

These ingredients may look weird but this is a wonderful salad with a French type dressing.


1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and dried 1 can sliced waterchestnuts, drained
4 hard cooked eggs, peeled and sliced 1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled

Toss these things gently and just before serving, pour on dressing.

Dressing
1 cup salad oil 1 Tbs. minced onion
1/2 cup cider vinegar 3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup catsup dash or two of pepper

Combine everything in food processor or blender.
