Our daugther-in-laws family has made this for years. Some one seems to
bring it along to every get together.
2 pkg. Tapioca pudding mix | 1 - 8 oz.can mandarin oranges, drained and reserved |
1 - 3 oz. pkg. orange jello | water |
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained and reserved |
9 oz. Cool Whip |
Using the reserved juices combine adding water, if necessary, to make 3 cups liquid. Bring this to the boil. In a bowl combine the Tapioca mixes and jello. Pour boiling water/juice over, stirring to dissolve. Cool until slightly congealed. Fold in Cool Whip and fruit. Chill until serving time.
