Take advantage of all the fruits and melons available with this pretty low-cal treat!
1 pineapple, halved | watermelon |
1-8 oz. low-fat cream cheese | star fruit, sliced |
strawberries | cantelope |
honey dew melon |
Dip |
1-16 oz. carton vanilla yogurt |
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
1/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed |
Halve pineapple lengthwise. Using grapefruit knife, cut out fruit, and remove center core. Slice melons, removing rind. Leave tops on strawberries, if fresh. Combine dip ingredients and chill. Line platter with kale or other greens. Place pineapple halves in center. Put dip in pineapples. Arrange fruits as pretty as possible. Put some pretty fresh flowers on pineapple halves near greens.
