LOADED CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Everyone loves my chocolate chip cookies. Frankly, they are nothing special but they have TWICE the chocolate and nuts that are in other recipes. You need a little dough to hold all the chocolate and nuts together.

1 cup butter 3 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup margarine 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup light brown sugar     1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs 1 - 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 Tbs. milk 1 - 12 oz. pkg. Chocolate chunks
2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups broken walnuts

Cream butter and margarine. Add sugars mixing well. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Mix well to blend and add chips, chunks and walnuts. Scoop into 1 1/2” balls. Place on a parchment covered or lightly greased baking sheet. Keep cookies 1 1/2” apart. Slightly flatten each cookie with your finger tips. Bake in a preheated 375F. oven for 10 - 15 minutes or lightly golden brown. Cool cookies on cooling rack. Store air tight. If you like your cookies soft and chewy, add a slice of fresh white bread to cookie jar. You may have to throw it away and add another if cookies get hard. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
