Oriental Orange Glaze
Great on ribs and chicken.
6 oz. orange juice concentrate
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/3 cup brown sugar
seasoned salt
1 1/2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
1 Tbs. dried onion flakes
grated rind of 1 orange
2 tsp. dried garlic flakes
1/2 cup orange marmalade
Combine everything in saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and chill.
