Personally, ranch dressing isnt a favorite of mine, but this is good and not spicy-hot with the peppercorns. Nice and creamy.
1 small onion, cut up | 2 tsp. cider vinegar |
1 Tbs. grated parmesan | 1/2 cup half and half |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder | 2 cups mayonnaise |
1 Tbs. lemon juice | 1 -2 Tbs. sugar |
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tbs. dried chives |
Put peppercorns in blender and chop fine. Add the onion and chop. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend smooth. Chill. Makes about 1 pt.
