Black Peppercorn Salad Dressing

Personally, ranch dressing isn’t a favorite of mine, but this is good and not spicy-hot with the peppercorns. Nice and creamy.


1 small onion, cut up 2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbs. grated parmesan 1/2 cup half and half
1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 cups mayonnaise
1 Tbs. lemon juice 1 -2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce       1 Tbs. dried chives

Put peppercorns in blender and chop fine. Add the onion and chop. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend smooth. Chill. Makes about 1 pt.
