You may want to double this for a large group.
| 1 –16 oz. carton frozen strawberries, thawed |
| 1-12 oz. can frozen pink lemonade |
| 1-2 qt. sparkling Lemon water* |
| ice cubes |
| small strawberries or tiny paper flags |
Almost fill ice cube trays with water. Add a cleaned small strawberry to each cup and freeze. You can also add little flags obtained at a party supply store. You can stick them into the strawberries. To use only the flags, let the cubes freeze so that a crust has formed on top. Poke the flag’s toothpick end through the ice and continue to freeze solid. In blender combine strawberries and lemonade mix. Blend smooth. Add 1/3 cup strawberry mixture to glass and fill with cubes and sparkling water. Serve with a pretty straw and a fresh strawberry or slice of star fruit. Perfect for the Forth of July. *White wine can be used, if desired.
