Wisconsin Beer Burgers

This is an excellent, crunchy onion-y good burger.


1 1/2 lbs. lean grd. beef 1/3 cup minced red onion
5 Tbs. beer cheese, your favorite
salt and pepper 6-8 rolls or onion buns
1-2 tsp. horseradish, opt.       Garnish:onion rings, recipe below

Combine beef, beer, salt and pepper, horseradish and minced onion. Mix gently and shape into 6-8 patties. Chill until grilling time. Grill and place on a grilled roll with cheese. Top with a pile of onion rings and anything else that makes your burger sing!!
