This is a terrific accompaniment to any grilled meat. Vary the seasonings to suit your tastes. Keep this in your freezer to be sliced and popped on top of anything, especially good with grilled veggies.
2 sticks butter | a few grinds of black pepper |
1 to 2 tsps. honey mustard | a dash of garlic and onion powder -- optional |
2 Tbls. freshly chopped chives | 1Tbls. packed fresh dill weed |
Place these ingredients in your food processor or mixer and blend together to mix well. Place mixture on a piece of wax paper and roll/shape into a 1" log. Keep chilled. To use, just slice a half inch circle of butter and put on a top of a cooked steak or burger or whatever your heart desires.
